Some Terms and Condition for SS below:

1) Company will supply its products to the party from their premises on F.O.R destination.

2) Company is liable for any manufacturing defect & Expired products. It shall provide 100% replacement of goods for any product with manufacturing defect or after the expiry date under credit note.

3) Minimum investment should be Five Lakh only all mixed products except Instant Noodles, rusk, cookies, cakes rest products in 70% advance and 30% credit for 15 days for Classic ranges only.

4) Super Stockiest will not dispatch any goods to any party out of his assigned area.

5) Investment less than five lakhs the freight will be bear by second party.

6) Stock will be F.O.R. destination with all type of damage, breakage, replaceable (material to material but not in cash adjustment) for Classic ranges only.

7) No replacement if the product get damaged by animal or rat or any insect bite of damage due to damp godown of SS or Db or Retailers for Classic ranges

8) Order of Instant noodles (pouch) minimum billing will be 200 boxes for ₹5/- MRP and 600 boxes for ₹10/- MRP and dealing will be in 100% advance only (NO CREDIT FACILITY AVALABLE).

9) Any claim will be given only in kind of credit note every quarterly.

10) The trade margin structure for Classic range and Premium range as under of the company to the Super Stockiest is as under:

a. Trade Commission for super stockiest: 08% (Commission) on Classic products will be add at the time of billing (including local transportation and other expenses) on all products except Instant Noodles and in Instant Noodles trade Commission for super stockiest: 05% (Commission) will be add at the time of billing (including local transportation and other expenses) [Tick Which one you selected ✅ ❎ ]

b. Trade Commission for super stockiest: 07% (Commission) on Premium products will be add at the time of billing (including local transportation and other expenses) on all products except Instant Noodles and in Instant Noodles trade Commission for super stockiest: 04% (Commission) will be add at the time of billing (including local transportation and other expenses) [Tick Which one you selected ✅ ❎ ]

11) Damage / replacement for only Classic range of products if any noticed in the retail, wholesale trade should be informed to the Company Person. After verification, necessary action shall be taken. No damage and breakage for instant noodles if order less the the details mention in the Sl. No. 08.

12) No Cash to be handover to any sales personal without our concern by mail only.

13) Super Stockiest will send his payments in IndusInd Bank favor of company A/c Brave Marketing India LLP, Payable at Faridabad, Haryana details of account mention below.

14) Instant Noodles, rusk, cookies, cakes Should be in 100% advance billing only.

Disputes & Differences

In the event of any dispute or difference in relation to this agreement, the same shall be referred to an Arbitrator, whose decision shall be final and binding on both the Parties. The said Arbitration shall be in accordance with the provision of the arbitration and reconciliation Act 1996.

The Courts of Faridabad (Haryana) shall have the jurisdiction to decide the issues in dispute between the parties hereto. If you satisfy of above terms & conditions then please sign this agreement.
